As a Reiki Master and Practicioner of Sacred Energy Work and Matrix Energetics, Lexi Parrott is attuned to the spiritual side of things. Dr. Mark Dunn is who she has studied under. She is an advanced student of Ericksonian Hyponosis, as well as specializing in NLP, Regression Therapy, Family of Origin issues, Parts Therapy, Weight Mastery, Medical Hypnotherapy, Smoking Cessation, Depression/Anxiety, and Energy Cleaning.
Lexi Parrott's private hypnotherapy practice is spiritually conscious, but also focuses on empowering her clients to become their own agents of change. Lexi Parrott teaches clients self-hypnosis, which is an impressive skill.

About Parrott

Certification in clinical hypnotherapy is not common, nor is certification in nutrition--but Lexi Parrott possesses both. She also possesses a Master's degree in Public Health from UC Berkeley. Her full-time practice in Portland has been functioning and successful for thirteen years. She is also a part-time instructor of hypnosis applications for PCC and has taught at OSHU School of Nursing and Beaverton Public Schools. She has also been featured in media a number of times, including on AM Northwest and the Dave Stone Show.
